If you want to give your website visitors the opportunity to talk to you install Yahoo Messenger Pingbox.

It alow you to chat with your website visitors.

To install it on the website you must follow next steps:

1. open Yahoo Messenger

2. press “Messenger >> My pingbox” menu.

It will open you a new windows on your browser (internet explorer, firefox, chrome or whatever you use).

3. Press “Create new” link on right-top of page.

4. Chose 1of 4 tipes of background theme: fun,  professional, seasonal or colour.

5.  Select text size and colour.

6. Choose your display name on pingbox.

7. If you want to pingbox people see your avatar select “Show Yahoo! Messenger display image”

8. Insert your online greetings and offline message.

9. Require or not visitors to enter Nickname to send IM.

10. Choose a name for pinbox. (note the name you choose will apear in your yahoo messenger as a new group, in my case “New Pingbox”

11. Press save and you have now a pingbox.

12. Select size of pingbox

13. Choose a website to add New pingbox from the list above pingbox size select, or copy the embed code and insert it in your website template.

Click on link and it will open a new windows, press CTRL + A to select entire code, press CTRL + C to copy.
After this paste the code on your yahoo messenger status.
